Monitoring : An exception occurred while formatting the response (MON00044)

Dear all,

System : SAP BusinessObjects BI Platform 4.1 SP02 Patch 2

In the Monitoring application, in the Metrics tab, an error message is displayed :

An exception occurred while formatting the response (MON00044)

My troubleshooting steps :

• Host Metrics are disabled
• I redeployed the web apps (according to an SAP KB)
• I have a dedicated APS for Monitoring. I deleted it and created a new one.
• It stopped working after having tested Host Metrics. I disabled it after the test.
