Hi,
I installed BI 4.1 SP01 full version on windows server 2008 R2. The instllation was sucessfull and at the end I saw some post installation instructions to logon to CMC and further configure the system.
when I open SAP BI CMC fromo the windows start menu, It takes me to the following page but this page is blank. I cannot access the CMC.
In the Central Configuration Manager CCM, I can see that Apache Tomcat for BI 4 and BW publisher service both are stopped (Red).
when I try to restart these two services, they wont start (pls see screeenshot attached)
The Server Intelligence Agent and Worldwide Web Publishing Services are running fine (Green)
In the windows I can see the Tomcat for BI 4 Service is stopped. When I right click and start this service, I am seeing an error message:(pls see attached screenshot)
When I click on Tomcat configuration from the windows start menu, I am recieving an Applicaiton System Error: Unbale to open the service: Unable to open BOE XI 40Tomcat
During the installation I selected all the default options including:
Default Web Application server Tomcat 7.0
Default Integrated Database is Sybase SQL Anywhere Database
Please advise if you know of any solution to this issues ot of anyone ran in to similar kind of issues previously with this installation.
