BI and DS compatability

Hi Friends,

I have live environment BI 4 SP6 and DS 4.1 SP1 integrated (windows).

Please can you share you experience and steps on how to go about upgrading  both BI and DS to latest versions gracefully. i.e. BI to 4.1 SP2 and DS to 4.2 SP1

Are there any limitations or known issues? I have already looked at the note 1740516 but is there anything else i may need to know?
