#Error is coming while showing Date

Hi Experts,

I used the function Userresponce() to show the report date as the column.

I wrote the syntax - Curr day = Substr(UserResponse("Report Date");1;10).

But when i create another variable to show the above curr day in the format yyMMdd, i wrote = =FormatDate(ToDate([curr day];"MM/dd/yyyy"); "yyMMdd").

When i drag this new variable in the report #Error is coming.

Please suggest how to show the date as 140516 in the curr day final column.
