CRS2011 Windows AD Group Sync not Working

It have followed document below to get Windows AD authentication to work on CRS2011.

However, I cannot figure our why my Mapped AD Member Groups are not updating. The Windows AD configuration takes my user name ans password as well as the AD group. It clearly is talking to AD or it wouldn't be able to determine the DN of the group I added.

However, when I access the Users and Groups and select my group, there are no user names listed for the members of this group.

I know that KRB is working as I was able test successfully using kinit so if I could just figure out why my AD groups are not updating, this should resolve my problem.
