Alert on a chart in BO4.0

Hi All,

I have a requirement in which I have to show 1 dimension(Region) and 2 measures(Target Sales and Actual Sales) in a chart.

However, I need to put an alert on Actual Sales such that -

1) If actual sales is greater than target sales, then Actual Sales need to have a green bar.

2) If actual sales is less than target sales, then Actual Sales need to have a red bar.

3) The target sales can have any fixed color bar for eg. Blue.

I want to understand can we put an alert on a chart? Also, I wish to show both target and actual sales with alert only on actual sales. Is there any workaround to achieve this.
