do we need to run any program or settings before loading 0hr_pa_pd_1 datasource

Hi Experts,

I am able to load the data in BW dev system for 0PAPD_C01  through the data source 0HR_PA_PD_1 ,But I am unable to load the data in Qual BW.

I have data in RSA3 In Qual Ecc,Idocs,trfc,authorization everything fine.

but when I trigger the infopackage it is showing no data available ,selection ended.there is no routine or filtere in infopackage.

I have delete the req in psa and did the load again but same issue.

Datasource is full load no delta capable.

I have maintain the authorization p_plan_all in BW for this datasource.

please provide the solution.
