We have various reports running automatically on the Crystal Server and the server is hanging up.
When we run one at a time it works fine. So we changed some settings on the server to see if that would help. Here are the
settings that we changed:
-Crystal Reports Cache Server – Idle Connection Timeout – changed to 2 minutes
-Crystal Reports Processing Server – Idle Connection Timeout – changed to 2 minutes
-Crystal Reports Processing Server – Idle Job Timeout – changed to 2 minutes
-Report Application Server – Idle Connection Timeout – changed to 2 minutes
At some point we also get one of the error listed below:
All of your system’s 5 Concurrent Access Licenses are in use at this time or your System’s license key has expired. Try again later or contact your administrator to obtain additional licenses. (FWB 00014).
