We are trying to use BO publisher (BO 4.0) to distribute WebI source documents with matching data from WebI dynamic recipient list provider query.
Here's the question:
If result of the dynamic recipient list has 5 unique id and e-mail addresses:
ID - E-mail (Set A)
If result of the source document has qualifying data only for ID 1, 3, 5 (Set B), we are expecting it to send e-mails to only 1, 3, 5. However, publisher seems to be sending 1, 3, 5 with specific data and blank pages for 2 and 4.
It is expected that publication process should be an intersection of data between Set A and Set B (illustration). Publication seems to produce data for entire Set A, irrespective of data presence in Set B.
Some posts on the forum say it is a known bug fixed in BI 4.1. Other SAP notes suggest this is already fixed from BO XI 3.1.
We have looked at SAP notes and other forum posts.
