CMC Access Rights for the Send To BI Inbox

Hi Folks,

Just wanted to inquire on what access right setup should be made in order for our users to see

other users' BI Inbox.  Currently, the search function can't seem to pull other users' BI Inbox

This user has been given Full Control.

We are currently using SAP BI 4.1 SP2

Appreciate the help on this.
