Create reports from SAP Portal

Hi Team,

I am a reporting guy and working a plan to implement adhoc reporting feature from SAP Portal.

I wanted to know if the users can create WebI reports, save & schedule from SAP Portal space. In the current environment, users just have the access to WebI reports with iViews being mapped. Plan is to have create Universes and provide the access to users to create reports using Query Panel, from SAP Portal, save them to only their personal folders and schedule from there. Reports from Pubic folders will still be available using iViews.

Please suggest if this possible, and if possible pls guide me with appropriate references,
