Tomcat Performance Issue

Hello Experts,

We are on Business Objects 4.0 SP4, When I try to preview the webi report through latest instance, it takes lot of time, it is not on demand report, looks like issue with Tomcat? We have increased the tomcat heap size in the server. Any ideas what else I can do?
