I’m wondering if any of you can help ?
We recently upgraded to 4.1 sp4 from 4.0, a couple of issues along the way caused us to go through a fresh installation rather than through the upgrade path.
BO is up and running, clustered on 2 servers. Additionally the 2 webservers have had the web tier installation procedure carried out.
Wdpeloy has been run.
All’s looking good. However when opening/modifying/creating a webi session I’m greeted by the spinning wheel for upwards of 5 minutes before the page or rather the webi tab displays the ‘Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage’ error.
Logs don’t seem to give much away. I’ve tried shutting down 1 of the App servers to see if it’s an issue with cluster and having 2 running but the issue persists.
Reboots an restart have been carried out numerous times.
I’m presuming the issue lies somewhere with the webservers, as when I stop them and start the App servers installation of Tomcat then I can log on, open modify and save a webi report without issue.
I doubt it’s a firewall issue as the servers were up and running on 4.0 without issue before I upgraded.
