Global email addresses of users on Enterprise

Is there a way to copy all email addresses of all users of the enterprise?  I need to create an email distribution list to communicate to all users on Enterprise.

Also, is there a way to do a global edit of an email address associated with scheduled reports on instance manager vs. opening each instance and manually editing each one?
