BI Package Dimension Number Range Buffered

Hi Experts,

I am having red alert in Production system with number range buffered from EWA.

To unbuffer here is mentioned SAP Note: SAP note 857998 From this I found that the number range buffered object by using NRIV table is BIM9999996  and buffered '688' and it was 0UNIT.

But didn't get the information, How to unbuffer the object in this note. Can any one suggest for any manual procedure to proceed OR which SAP note [How] to apply for this.
