Security Access level for Users in BOBJ CMC

Hi All,

1. I am trying to set up a custom access level for different users and I need to know that how can I grant access to users to only save the reports in their personal folder but not in the BI repository/platform... Is there a way or option ?

2. Also FYI, I have created Groups and assigning all the rights to the Groups and then I will assign these groups to the folders and will keep on adding my default users into those Groups, Is this a best practices or Is there any other better option.

Can you please help me to clarify this confusion.
