My objective is to create a url link from a WebI report to a CRM web client and utilise the SSO which is in place between BOBJ and CRM, so the user doesn't have to log on to view a CRM Opportunity.
CRM is an entitlement system in the BOBJ CMC, roles and users have been imported and user aliases have been mapped. A keystore file has been uploaded to BOBJ and the certificate imported into CRM using STRUSTSSO2.
I have a WebI report in BI 4.0 which returns CRM opportunity ID's. I have created a url link on Opportunity ID to the CRM system but when clicked it takes me to the CRM logon page and does not use the SSO in place between the two systems.
Can anyone tell me how to make the url link use SSO and skip the CRM logon page please?
