Empty Excel Sheets When Exporting Report by Scheduling in Times

Hi,

 

When scheduled reports are exported to Excel, some sheet tabs of Excel are returning empty.

 

Interestingly, one sheet can be full in previous day but that same Excel sheet can be empty today.For example we have 50 sheet tabs on Webi.Last day,when we exported Webi report to Excel by using Scheduling feature on CMC, 2. and 3. sheets were empty, other sheets were ok and full.But today 5. and 6. Excel sheets are empty, contrary 2. and 3. Excel sheets are ok.

 

What is the reason of getting empty excel sheets in different times?

 

Do you have any solution for that? BO 4.0 SP6 is used.
