SAP BO 4.1 / BW

Hello Everyone,

I was checking the PAM for BO 4.1

Which mentions the min versions for BW (slide 18). My BW is 7.0 so I guess I need to upgrade it. However, Does the BW have to be unicode? Or It's not necessary?
