BI Launch Pad displayed incorrectly with new versions of IE

Hi

We are using BI 4.0 and I have noticed that the BI Launch pad is displayed on a strange format making difficult to navigate. I am not sure if it is caused because the last versions of internet explorer or an issue with Java

It used to be something like

Does anyone know how to fix it, it makes difficult to navigate back once you have open a report for example.
