boxi 3.1 sp5 Auditng (Sql Server): Indexing

hi All,

I am using BOXi 3.1 sp5 and database is sqlserver 2005 and i want to index on all  auditing  tables to make it faster can i do this ? if so on which tables and how to do it please explain as i am not a DBA?
