How to open a UNX file from Repository using Web Intelligence Rich Client

Hi, Everyone

I have some matter

when I try to open a UNX file from Repository using Web Intelligence Rich Client

It show me a message like that

"[[error.RepositoryException] 0] <Universe not found: AaQ5BfjnKylLnq3S4JP8dtY> (WIS 00000)" or

"Universe generation failed for resource id "AfZXYHnRQcBIpS664u5DeA0". [[error.RepositoryException] 0] <Universe not found: AfZXYHnRQcBIpS664u5DeA0> (WIS 00000)"

But, I can use the UNX universe using Web Intelligence on WEB

Could you help what might be the reason for this error.
