Schedule a publication of CR Report, Chinese words get garbled

Hi All

Schedule a publication and set the output format to mHTML, in the output mHTML file Chinese muti-bytes words get garbled.

When I publish the report via attached files as Excel or PDF, the Chinese can be well shown. But in the email body Chinese words get garbled.
